Riding a bicycle is good for you because of the well-documented health benefits and the positive changes in your mood. Bikes are also an excellent mode of short-distance transportation and increased bicycle riding benefits individuals and the community.
We will perform this on the last Sunday of each month in the morning at 8am.
Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
No flip-flops. Helmets are provided, and everyone participating must wear a helmet when riding.
This is an English-language class and the instructor does not speak Spanish.
