Is there roadside service.
You should call and notify us ASAP if there is a problem with the bike or equipment. There is unfortunately NO ROADSIDE SERVICE. It is the ultimate responsibility of the customer to return the bikes on time. Customers are provided the opportunity to test the bike and return it within 15-minutes for repair or exchange. In the case of a flat tire or another issue with the bike, it may be necessary to return the bike in an Uber.
How much does bike rental cost?
Prices for bicycles start at $15 for two hours, $25 for four hours, and $35 for all day rental. Multiple day rentals are also possible.
How many people can I bring?
We can accommodate groups of up to six persons without advanced notice. Groups of seven or more should call ahead to make reservations and guarantee that the bikes are pre-prepared ahead of time.
Where are you located?
Bike Rent Puerto Rico is located very close to La Concha resort, a couple of side streets down on Calle Marseilles by the Condado Lagoon.
Can I rent a bike for many days?
Yes you can rent bikes overnight and they have to be returned by 6:15 pm on the following day. Bicycles rented for multiple days have to be returned on the day they were set to be returned. Please inquire for the prices for multiple days rental.
Are you close to Condado hotels?
We are close to many hotels in Condado including La Concha resort and park, by the Condado Lagoon. Also, the Holiday Inn Express and the Vanderbilt Hotel are very near to our location and may suit your accommodation needs.
Which San Juan attractions are nearby?
The Condado Lagoon, the Dos Hermanos bridge, the Escambron beach, the Museum of Art and History, castle San Cristobal, and castle San Felipe del Morro in Old San Juan are all attractions that are easily accessible on the car-free bike path that passes through Condado.
Do you have bikes for kids?
We provide single speed, 20-inch bikes for kids. We have small 24-inch twin bicycles with 21 speeds for individuals 5 ft. tall and under. We also provide trailers for small children under 60 lbs and over the age of six months.

Can I store my luggage there?
We store bike rental customers luggage for free during the rental time period. We also offer first day and last day luggage storage as a seperate service. You may choose BagsAway (bagsaway.ca) or call (787) 497-0007 for Last Day Luggage Storage.

Great shop! We rented 2 nice, new bikes for the week (helmets included). This is the place to go. And the best way to get around the surrounding area (Condado, San Juan, etc). Many streets in the area have a green paved lane for bikes which makes it safe and easy. The staff here are super nice and willing to answer any tourist question.

The bikes mark provided were perfect for San Juan. I used it a ton over the week and a half and it was a fun smooth ride even over the cobble stones. Good shocks are key. Weird thing is almost no one bikes in SJ despite some sweet dedicated paths near the ocean. Drivers can be a little crazy but I hope more people start biking. Then again it was nice to have all the paths to myself.
